This can be found on the General Billing invoice If you do not have an invoice, contact the Finance Office at 573-339-6327 to obtain your invoice number. FEE DISCLOSURE: Convenience Fees: Payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor and not by the City of cape Girardeau. All Debit Cards will be processed as a Credit Card by the third-party. Credit Cards: 3.75% of the total charged amount, minimum $1.95 per transaction eCheck/EFT: $1.95 flat fee per transaction The convenience fee is not part of your City bill. The City does not receive any portion of the fee associated with this payment service.
