Welcome to the City of Cape Girardeau Utility Payment Portal. Your Account Number and Customer ID are required to pay online. These can be found on your utility bill If you do not have a bill, contact the Customer Service Office at 573-339-6322 to obtain your Account # and CID#. FEE DISCLOSURE: Convenience Fees: Payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor and not by the City of cape Girardeau. All Debit Cards will be processed as a Credit Card by the third-party. Credit Cards: 3.75% of the total charged amount, minimum $1.95 per transaction eCheck/EFT: $1.95 flat fee per transaction The convenience fee is not part of your City utility bill. The City does not receive any portion of the fee associated with this payment service.
